Our Provider Finder offers you more ways to search than ever before. You can look up doctors, hospitals and other providers by location. And now you can compare providers based on price, patient reviews, and recognitions — all empowering you to have more control over your health care spending.

Search for a doctor or hospital based on where you live.

• If you live in Georgia (GA Blue Open Access POS)
• If you live in Maryland, Northern Virginia or Washington DC area (MD/DC BlueChoice Advantage Open Access*). If your zip code is not on this list, use Participating Provider Options (PPO).
• If you live in the Kansas City, MO area (MO Preferred Care Blue*). If your zip code is not on this list, use PPO.
• If you live in the St Louis, MO area (MO Blue Access Choice*). If your zip code is not on this list, use PPO.
• If you live in New Hampshire (NH Blue Choice Open Access POS)
• If you live in New Jersey (NJ Horizon Managed Care Network)
• If you live in Oklahoma (OK Blue Preferred)
• If you live in Wisconsin (WI Blue Preferred POS)
• Search for doctors and hospitals in all other areas (PPO)

*Provider networks serve different counties for Maryland, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Kansas City MO, and St. Louis MO. Members are encouraged to locate their zip code on the zip code list before searching for a provider in these states.
