Your group clients have tools to help manage their health care plan. The most important tool is the secure portal Blue Access for Employers℠. Here, benefit administrators perform enrollment, membership, reporting and billing tasks.

Employers Portal Training

Once your group client becomes a BCBSTX customer and registers for the employer portal, they are ready for our free one hour training, which shows them how to:

  • Verify eligibility
  • Enroll new employees
  • Modify benefits for employees and dependents
  • Terminate coverage
  • Request ID cards or print temporary ID cards
  • Pay bills with Online Bill Payment
  • View, print, download and reconcile billing statements
  • Find and download forms quickly
They can register for a training session at any time. After processing the email request, we’ll respond with an invitation for an online training session.

Your group clients can help their employees make health changes the easy way through BlueResource℠, our online health and wellness library. Materials provide employees with easy to dos that keep them safe from serious health issues. The library features seven popular categories:
