BCBSTX offers QIP to help you get the care and services that you need when you need it. You have access to:

  • Disease management programs for those with chronic conditions
  • Service coordination for help with simple to complex health needs
  • Help with transition of care after you get out of the hospital
  • Help getting medications

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

You can get help after a mental health hospital stay. NAMI provides support and resources at no cost to you.

If you have questions about your plan, we can help. To ask about what the plan covers, find a provider, change your PCP and more, just call the Customer Advocate Department. We are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.

If you call after hours, please leave a message. We’ll call you back on the next business day. Members with hearing or speech loss can call the TTY/TDD line at 711.
