Update Your Information on the Marketplace

Do you or your dependents have both an individual and family plan with premium tax credit savings and coverage through Medicaid or CHIP? You may need to update some information, like your email, phone number or annual income.

If you don't take action, you may lose your financial help, or premium tax credit savings. To get started, choose one of the below steps:

  • Contact your health insurance broker
  • Call Customer Service at the number on your member ID card
  • Visit our shopping platform to log in and confirm your information
