Auto Bill Pay

You can sign up for Auto Bill Pay at any time.

Please log in to BAM and select the Payments & Billing tab or call Customer Service at 1-888-697-0683.

Phone

Call BCBSTX Customer Service at 1-888-697-0683 and select Make a Payment.

Mail

Mail a personal check, money order or cashier's check to:

Be sure you:

  • Mail your payment to the address on your bill if it’s different than shown.
  • Write your account/member ID number on your check, money order or cashier's check.
  • Include your payment coupon. 
  • Send your payment at least 5 business days before your due date for timely posting.
