If you sell an off-Exchange qualified-health plan due to a client’s qualifying life event, please complete the training above and affirm its completion. This is not a requirement, but we recommend the training to help you as you sell during SEP.
Why it matters: It’s important you’re up to speed on off-Exchange SEP rules and processes to facilitate a smooth enrollment.
Affirm training completion: Log in to Blue Access for Producers℠ with your own account (not your agency’s) to affirm. See Page 51 of the training guide above for affirmation steps. If you are a multistate producer, you don’t have to log in to each state's BAP℠ and affirm multiple times. One affirmation will work.
Important for Multistate Producers: While the 2026 off-Exchange training guide is the same across all five Plan states, Illinois has one state-specific update regarding pregnancy. Please be sure to review Page 50 of the guide so you are aware of this new change before affirming your completion.
