‘Producer News’ Coming to Our Public Site

We’re excited to share an upcoming enhancement that will make it easier for producers to access the information they need. By the end of 2025, we will begin posting producer newsletter articles on the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas public site in a new “Producer News” section.

Why it matters: This change improves how producers find the information they need to do business with us and their clients.

Here’s what to know:

• Weekly email stays: Producers will still get News from the Blues℠ for Producers every Wednesday.
• Direct links: Emails will link to articles on the public site.
  

Each article will display market segment and funding type information, just as it appears in the email newsletter. This helps readers quickly identify which news matters most to them.

To make navigation even easier, the Producer News page will be searchable. Producers can enter keywords to find topics of interest, including some older articles.

• Bookmark it: We’ll include the site link in every newsletter email.
• Archive access: Q4 2025 articles will be added to the public site; full archives remain on Blue Access for Producers℠ and OneSource.
  Next up: Employer newsletter articles will follow on a dedicated employer news page.

Timing:

• Producer News page goes live by end of 2025.
• We’ll notify you in this newsletter when it’s ready.
