What’s new: The user guide for the eSales Request Center tool has been updated and now includes a walkthrough of the recently rolled out all-digital renewal process for Blue Balance Funded, along with walkthroughs covering other Request Center processes.

What’s been happening: April 1 renewals for Blue Balance Funded small groups now occur entirely in the eSales Request Center tool – from completing renewal information through an account providing its digital signature. By streamlining this process and keeping it in a single digital tool, we aim to save you and your accounts time by reducing complexity.
