We received a contract extension from Austin Area OB-GYN and Fertility and are working to sign new agreements. The new deadline for ParPlan, Blue Choice PPO^SM and Blue Essentials^SM is Feb. 18, 2026. The date for Blue Advantage HMO^SM and MyBlue Health^SM is May 5, 2026.
