For purposes of this site, we may collect and use your email or phone/text number that you provide to respond to your inquiry or to send you information about a service or resource that you expressed interest in.  We will continue to send you information unless you request us to stop or opt out.

Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology encrypts your personal information as well as your health history if it is transmitted over the Internet. In addition, we periodically subject this website to simulated intrusion tests and have developed comprehensive disaster recovery plans. 

You also have a responsibility in keeping the personal information that is available on Blue Access for Producers secure by keeping your account name and password confidential.
