Use the Request Center for All Small Group Renewal Changes

The Request Center is used to submit Small Group renewal paperwork for account/group-level changes on existing groups.

Access Request Center

  • Log in to Blue Access for Producers℠
  • Select Group
  • Click on any of the Group Tools
  • Click on the Request Center link

Use the Request Center for any Small Group renewal with changes. For example:

  • Plan changes
  • Group contact and address changes
  • Anniversary date change request

There are important features in the Request Center that you must utilize for the highest level of success:

  • Review your group-level submissions via the Log.
  • The Log depicts status and (if there’s a delay) what is delaying the final processing of your group-level change.

  • You must act on the “Requests Needing Attention” section.

  • Utilize the View button to see if we need you to complete additional steps (e.g., due to Missing/ Incorrect/Incomplete documents).
  • Once your corrective action has been taken, you must hit the Resubmit button, as shown above.

  • If you do not Resubmit, any corrections or changes will not reach us; they will remain idle in the tool. You must hit Resubmit.

Please note: Do not submit general questions in Request Center. Questions should be sent directly to the state-specific Account Management team.
