Reminder: Blue Balance Funded℠ January 2026 Enrollment Deadline

Overview: New 2026 group sales enrollment for the Blue Balance Funded product must be received from producers approximately 12 calendar days prior to the effective date. The process has been digitized and streamlined via DocuSign.

Enrollment Guidance:

  • For a Jan. 1, 2026, effective date, enrollment must be submitted in the enrollment tool by Dec. 20, 2025.
  • To start enrollment, log in to eSales from Blue Access for Producers℠.
  • Click Small Group & Middle Market Enrollment.
  • Enter your Quote Number, change Status to “Quoted” and click Search.
  • Find your quote and click the Start Enrollment button.
  • Complete and review all screens for enrollment and plan processing.
  • Upon completion, you will not immediately see a DocuSign.
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas has to execute steps prior to the issuance of the DocuSign.
  • The email address used for DocuSign is dse@docusign.net. (Please ensure this email address is accepted so it doesn’t get caught in a spam folder.)


Note: Save often while working in the enrollment tool; paper and PDF applications will not be accepted for processing.
