We’re negotiating new contracts with Ascension facilities and hospitals. We’re working hard to reach new agreements, but if we don’t, Ascension Seton in the Austin area and Ascension Providence in the Waco area will no longer be in our networks as of Jan. 1, 2026.

Even if Ascension leaves our networks, you’ll continue to have access to our robust network of doctors, health care professionals, hospitals and facilities.
