Airrosti Remote Recovery focuses on chronic pain relief through a variety of at-home exercises and physical therapy. It’s designed to help you get pain relief in the following areas:

*Airrosti Remote Recovery is only available for TRS-ActiveCare Primary and TRS-ActiveCare Primary+ plans in regions 4, 6, 10 and 11. Effective Sept. 1, 2025, Airrosti Remote Recovery will be available to participants in all regions in those plans.

What can I expect?

You'll receive virtual care and treatment are led by an experienced provider. This includes:

individualized recovery plan on the Airrosti app
easy-to-follow mobility and stability exercises to do at home
an injury-specific Remote Recovery Kit
unlimited access to your Airrosti provider for 12 months
