Want more support? Try Well onTarget Wellness Coaching. One-on-one support from coaches can help you meet your health and wellness goals. The best part? It’s included in your plan at no extra cost.

How it Works

Your Wellness Coach will support you with proven motivational techniques and personalized goals. Coaches are certified health experts, including dietitians, nurses, personal trainers and other specialists. Online trackers can help guide you along the way.

Your coach will:

  • learn about your lifestyle and habits
  • design a plan to help you reach your goals
  • offer inspiration and ideas along the way

Once you pick a program, staying in touch with your coach is easy! Call or send secure messages using the wellness portal or the AlwaysOn® app.

  • Stress management — find creative, healthy ways to combat stress
  • Fitness — create a plan that works for your fitness level and goals

The Health Assessment will help you know where to start. Answer a few questions about your health and lifestyle and you’ll get a report that suggests programs to help you feel your best. 

Track Your Progress

Logging your movement and what you eat can help you stay on course. Link your fitness devices and nutrition apps in Well onTarget or use the built-in tracking tools in the portal. Either way, you’ll see all your stats in one place.

  • Log in to Blue Access for MembersSM and click on the Wellness tab, then Well onTarget.
  • Log in to Well onTarget and use your BAMSM username and password.
  • Download the AlwaysOn wellness app.
