Take advantage of a new tiering feature that lowers your out-of-pocket costs when you choose cost-effective, quality providers for your care. Starting Sept. 1, you'll have different coverage levels when you’re treated by in-network providers. You pay less when you choose a Tier 1 provider.
Starting Sept. 1, 2026, tiering will display in Provider Finder. You can search for care like you always have.
In the meantime, if you aren't sure what tier your provider is or want to find a Tier 1 provider before your new plan year starts, use this list. You can search by name, specialty or location by pressing Ctrl + F on your keyboard.
