If you have TRS-ActiveCare HD, NEW to TRS-ActiveCare or switched plans, you’ll get a physical ID card in the mail for the 2025-26 plan year.
Whether you’re new to TRS-ActiveCare, or have been a participant for years, your ID card includes important coverage information.
Each family member enrolled in the TRS-ActiveCare Primary or TRS-ActiveCare Primary+ plan will get their own ID card with their Primary Care Provider’s name printed on it.

A digital ID card gives you easy access to your coverage information all the time. While you may have received your ID card in the mail upon enrollment, you can also get it digitally. And yes, you can use the digital ID card at doctor’s appointments. There’s two ways you can get your digital ID card – on your phone and on your computer.
