Your online account puts everything you need to know about your medical health plan right at your fingertips 24/7. You can sign up or log in to access detailed information about your account, coverage, benefits and claims.
With your online account, you can:
- Check the status of your claim and claim history.
- View and print an Explanation of Benefits for claims.
- Find a doctor or hospital in your plan’s network.
- Set your email and text alert preferences.
- Request a new or replacement ID card or print a temporary one.
Go Mobile With the BCBSTX App
Keep your coverage information in the palm of your hand. With the BCBSTX Mobile App, you can:

- Access and download your digital ID card.
