UT CARE Open Enrollment
November 1 – November 15
If you are not currently enrolled in UT CARE, you must take action to enroll by visiting “Manage Your UT Benefits” on the My UT Benefits site.
Current UT CARE members will automatically be enrolled in UT CARE for a January 1, 2026, effective date as long as you are enrolled in Parts A and B. You must continue to pay any required Part A or Part B premiums. These are usually deducted from your Social Security benefit.
Please note: Enrollment in a Medicare Advantage or Supplemental Plan outside of The University of Texas System for the upcoming year will cause the UT CARE coverage to end.
