Network Participation

Notice to Physicians and Providers: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, a Division of Health Care Service Corporation located at 1001 E. Lookout Drive, Richardson, TX 75082, offers HMO, PPO and *Government Program networks.

BCBSTX will accept online applications for participation in any of the following networks available in your service area: Blue Advantage HMO^SM and Blue Advantage Plus HMO^SM, Blue Choice PPO^SM, Blue Essentials^SM, Blue Premier^SM and Blue Premier Access^SM, * Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (HMO)^SM and Blue Cross Medicare Advantage Dual Care (HMO SNP) ^SM, MyBlue Health^SM, *Medicaid (STAR) CHIP, STAR Kids, and *Star Plus networks for the period of Jan. 20 to Feb. 8, 2026.

Any physician or provider can complete an application to participate in the network by completing our Provider Onboarding form. See our How to Join page for more details. Applicants must meet all credentialing and other participatory criteria. A response will be provided within 90 days of receipt of a complete application.

Before you can file claims or become a participating provider the BCBSTX Provider Networks, you will need to be assigned a Provider Record ID. Learn More
