Check out our enhanced online Provider Finder which will make finding care for our members a lot easier.
Access the Provider Finder link on our provider website homepage then select Search as a Guest for the updated Provider Finder. It has an easier streamlined menu and filter options including:
- Specialty
- Accepting new patients
- Distance (with map tool)
- Member rating
- Gender of provider
- Quality metrics & awards
- Best match (weighted by quality and accessibility)

Update Your Profile
Please help our members find you by making sure your information is accurate and up-to-date by reviewing your information on Provider Finder. If you have any changes, use our Demographic Change Form 
. Submit demographic changes whenever any of your practice information changes. As a provider, we ask that you submit ALL applicable information timely to avoid potential delays. Change(s) may take up to 30 business days, so consider the impact of your change and the timeliness of your submission.
