Effective October 16, 2020. providers will need to utilize new designated prior authorization forms for behavioral health services for Teacher Retirement of Texas (TRS) participants. The new forms contain a bar code for TRS participants that is needed to forward the form to the appropriate area for review. Failure to submit the correct forms could result in delay in processing the forms.
