Effective Sept. 1, 202O. providers will need to utilize new designated prior authorization forms for mental health services for Employee Retirement of Texas (ERS) participants. For these participants, the new forms contain a bar code that is needed to forward the form to the appropriate area for review. Failure to submit the correct forms could result in delay in processing the forms.
