What’s new?

We are excited to announce that Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) was awarded the contract for the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) ActiveCare account, effective Sept. 1, 2020. TRS participants will be offered benefit plans using the statewide Blue Choice PPO^SM or Blue Essentials^SM provider networks.
