What to know: We’re reviewing providers for new prior authorization exemptions and prior authorizations previously rescinded for certain health care services. You’ll qualify for the review if you had at least five prior authorizations during the review period.
To view the results: Watch the News and Updates page for an announcement when results are available via the Provider Correspondence Viewer in Availity® Essentials. If you complete a questionnaire at least 60 days prior to the distribution of any notifications, your prior authorization exemption communication will be delivered via your preferred method.
