Provider Correspondence Viewer (PCV) is an online application accessible through Availity® Essentials that allows providers to view, download and/or save specific documents related to the NPI and Tax ID associated with your Availity registration.
All correspondence related to Prior Authorization (PA) Exemptions are now available for providers via the PCV application, including initial notices of services reviewed for a PA exemption and rescission of a PA exemption.
How to access the Provider Correspondence Viewer:
- Log into Availity Essentials
- Select Payer Spaces from the navigation menu and choose BCBSTX
- Within Payer Spaces, go to the Applications tab, then select the Provider Correspondence Viewer
