Effective May 1, 2026, we’re implementing changes to the maximum allowable professional and ancillary fee schedules for Blue Choice PPO^SM, Blue Essentials^SM (including HealthSelect^SM of Texas Network), Blue Premier^SM, Blue Advantage HMO^SM, Blue High Performance Network^®, MyBlue Health^SM and ParPlan networks.
