Quality measures: We collect quality data from providers to ensure our members receive appropriate care. Our tip sheets have information on Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) behavioral health measures to help close care gaps.
Behavioral health care management program: We provide behavioral health care coverage and care management for many of our members. The program supports care coordination between medical and behavioral health care providers. Learn about our program, including medical necessity criteria and prior authorization requirements.
