Fitness Program

The Fitness Program is available exclusively to TRS-ActiveCare participants and their dependents (age 16 and older)*. The program gives them access to a wide range of facilities across the country, including boutique-style classes and specialty gyms. Options start at only $19/month!

The Fitness Program now offers a virtual option from BurnAlong. You can add this to the traditional Fitness Program or choose the digital-only option. 

Beginning Sept. 1, 2021, participants can join the Fitness Program and pay no enrollment fee! They need to sign up by Sept. 30, 2021 to get this great deal.1

To enroll, participants need to log in to Blue Access for MembersSM (BAMSM) and search for the Fitness Program under Quick Links. Next, they will need to enter the code SEPTWAIVED21 during enrollment to join for free before Sept. 30, 2021.

Live Well with Well onTarget®

Well onTarget offers personalized tools and resources to help all  participants — no matter where they may be on the path to health and wellness. Your employees have three ways to access these online tools. They can:

  • Log in to BAM and click Well onTarget under Quick Links
  • Log in to WellonTarget.com and use your BAM username and password
  • Download the AlwaysOn® wellness app

You can also download Health Kits to share with participants via email. The Health Kits include matertials such as fliers, posters, brain games, recipes and more!

Health Assessment

Taking a health assessment2 is an essential part of beginning the coaching process. It helps participants identify areas where their health can be improved and suggests individual programs.

Employees will answer a few questions about their health and lifestyle. Then, they will get a personal report that suggests programs that can help them improve their health.

Wellness Coaching

Well onTarget’s Wellness Coaching is included in every TRS-ActiveCare plan at no extra cost, offering access to a personal coach to help participants set and meet their health and wellness goals.

Wellness Coaching uses evidence-based guidelines and proven motivational techniques, plus goal setting. The coaches are credentialed health experts, including dietitians, nurses, personal trainers, and other specialists. Coaches work one-on-one with them to discuss their lifestyle needs. Online trackers can help guide them along the way.

No-cost programs include:

  • Stress management 
  • Fitness 
  • Nutrition 
  • Weight loss and weight maintenance 
  • Cholesterol improvement 
  • Blood pressure improvement 
  • Smoking cessation 

Track Your Progress

Your employees can log how much they move and what they eat to help them stay on course. They can also link their fitness devices and nutrition apps in Well onTarget or use the built-in tracking tools in the portal. Either way, your employees can easily see all of their tracked stats in one place.

Get Rewarded

Blue PointsSM is a special program that allows your employees to earn points that can be redeemed for things like books, music, sporting goods – anything that motivates them to keep making healthy choices.   

Your employees can earn Blue Points when they:

  • Take a Health Assessment
  • Link a fitness device
  • Complete a self-directed course

Your employees have three ways to access these online tools. They can:

  • Log in to BAM and click Well onTarget under “Quick Links”
  • Log in to WellonTarget.com and use their BAM username and password
  • Download the AlwaysOn® wellness app

*Individuals must be 18 years old to purchase a membership. Dependents, 16-17 years old, can join but must be accompanied to the location by a parent/guardian who is also a Fitness Program member. Check your preferred location to see their membership age policy. Underage dependents can login and join through the primary member’s account as an “additional member.”
