Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas has been negotiating new contracts with HCA Healthcare in North Texas, also known as Medical City Healthcare, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
We’re pleased to say we’ve come to an agreement. HCA hospitals and other facilities will continue to be in network for TRS-ActiveCare with no disruption.
Participants can always use Provider Finder® to find in-network health care providers and facilities. They can also call a Personal Health Guide, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 1‑866‑355‑5999 for help or questions about their health plan.
