To help ensure timely access to care for our members, we’re conducting a survey of primary, specialty and behavioral health providers on appointment availability and wait times. If your practice is contacted for the survey, we encourage you to participate.
How it works: SPH, a Press Ganey company, will conduct the survey by email and telephone with provider office managers or appointment schedulers. This survey will take place from late July through August 2025. The survey supports National Committee for Quality Assurance accreditation and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services guidelines.
