Hendrick Health System in Abilene notified us that they're terminating their provider and hospital agreements Dec. 1, 2025, unless those agreements are modified. We’re working closely with Hendrick and hope to sign new contracts before that date.
You're our priority. We want to reach an agreement that will continue to give you access to Hendrick doctors and hospitals at fair prices.
Even if Hendrick leaves our networks, you’ll continue to have access to our network of doctors, health care professionals, hospitals and facilities. Check for options based on your plan by logging in to your member account online or through the BCBSTX App. You can also call a Personal Health Guide at 1-866-355-5999, available 24/7.
If we can’t reach an agreement, Hendrick doctors, hospitals and other facilities will no longer be in network for TRS-Care Standard on Dec. 1.
