• Mobile App: Download the Well onTarget Fitness Program mobile app to search for locations, sign-up for a class, check-in while working out and view your activity history. 
• Web Resources: You can search, sign-up, check-in and view activity history through your Blue Access for Members^SM account. Once you're logged in, go to the My Health tab > Wellness and click on Fitness Program.
• Real-time Data: The data from your workouts is shared to the mobile app and Well onTarget portals.
• Blue Points^SM: Get 2,500 points for joining the Fitness Program. Earn additional points for weekly visits. You can redeem points for rewards.***

Sign-Up for the Fitness Program

1. Log in to BAM^SM by clicking Log In at the top of this webpage.
2. Select the My Health tab, then Wellness on the top navigation bar of the Dashboard page. Then scroll down to the Fitness Program section and click on Learn More.
3. Complete registration form. 
4. Verify your personal information, method of payment and enter a promo code if you have one. Print or download your Fitness Program membership ID card. You may also request to receive the ID card in the mail.
5. Visit a fitness location today!

¹New members must enter the coupon code, FEB26FP, to qualify for free enrollment until Feb. 28. Members who do not use this coupon code will be charged the standard fee. After Feb. 28, the regular enrollment fee will apply to all new memberships. Members, and their covered dependents, must be 18 or older to join the Fitness Program. Taxes may apply. This offer may not be combined with any other offers.

Individuals must be 18 years old to purchase a membership. Dependents, 16-17 years old, can join but must be accompanied to the location by a parent/guardian who is also a Fitness Program member. Check your preferred location to see their membership age policy. Underage dependents can login and join through the primary member’s account as an “additional member.”

Fitness Program enrollment fee is $19.00 plus applicable sales tax.

Fitness Program membership entitles member to use of the fitness location facilities and amenities available to the holder of a basic membership at the fitness locations. After the time period stated above, the regular enrollment fee of $19 will apply to all new memberships. The Prime Network is made up of independently owned and operated fitness locations. Employees and spouses must enroll separately and will each be charged the monthly fee for their selected package.

The Fitness Program is provided by Tivity Health Services, LLC, an independent contractor that administers the Prime® Network of fitness locations.

The WholeHealth Living Choices program is administered by Tivity Health™ Services, LLC. This is NOT insurance. Some of the services offered through this program may be covered by a health plan. The relationship between these vendors and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas is that of independent contractors.
