Through determined efforts on both sides, we’ve reached an agreement with Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR) in North Texas. Texas Health Resources (THR) and UT Southwestern (UTSW) hospitals, doctors and health care professionals will remain in our networks.
If, during the negotiation, members changed their PCPs and would like to change back to their SWHR PCP, they can do so through Blue Access for MembersSM. Here’s how:
- Register for or log in to Blue Access for Members at bcbstx.com
- Go to the Doctors & Hospitals Tab
- Select Change Primary Care Physicians
- Review the doctor listed as your PCP
- Choose a different PCP, if you prefer
- You can search in-network doctors on Provider Finder® at bcbstx.com
