Unified Women’s Healthcare of Texas notified us that their providers plan to leave our networks on Aug. 1, 2026. We hope to reach an agreement with UWH of Texas that keeps them in our networks and protects our members and customers’ access to quality care at affordable rates.

You are our priority. We want to reach an agreement that will continue to give you access to UWH of Texas at fair prices.
Even if UWH of Texas leaves our networks, you’ll continue to have access to our robust network of doctors and health care professionals. Check for options based on your plan by logging in to your member account online or through the BCBSTX App. You can also call the number on your member ID card.

If we don’t reach an agreement, UWH of Texas will leave these networks as of Aug. 1, 2026:

- Medicaid

In the case of a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility right away. Emergency services for commercial networks are covered at the in-network benefit level.
