The Electronic Visit Verification Policy Handbook will be revised.
Action Now
The handbook’s policies are effective Mar. 1, 2022 and include EVV standards and policy requirements for:
- Program providers
- Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSA)
- Consumer Directed Services employers (CDS)
- Payers such as HHSC and BCBSTX
The handbook revisions include clarification and corrections to the policies on the HHSC EVV webpage and will publish revisions . The EVV Policy Handbook Revision Log – March 2022, will list the March 1, 2022 revisions. This information will be posted in the EVV Policies section of the BCBSTX EVV Webpage.
