Here's how it works:

1. Use Provider Finder^® to shop for a cost-effective, reward-eligible provider or facility for the service you need.
2. Schedule an appointment. If you have TRS-ActiveCare Primary or TRS-ActiveCare Primary+, you must get a referral from your PCP before you schedule your appointment.
3. Save $$$ and get your reward!

Note: If you have TRS-ActiveCare HD, you must meet your deductible before you can earn a reward for non-preventive care. You don’t need to meet your deductible to earn a reward for preventive care.
