Review Your Personalized 2025 Health Plan Details

Your health packet will include important information about your 2026 health plan, highlighting any changes to your current plan and monthly payment for next year

Your current health plan may not provide all of the rights and protections of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). You have options for getting 2026 coverage that complies with the ACA.

  • When you apply for a Health Insurance Marketplace® plan, you'll learn if you qualify for savings, like premium tax credits or post-sharing assistance.
  • BCBSTX also offers plans outside the Marketplace to fit your budget and needs.
  • Just know federal financial help isn't available for plans outside the Marketplace.

What Our Members Are Saying1

"Given how easy it was to shop for it, the coverage and how easy is to use it, the access, I trust and I just keep renewing with them, and don't want any headaches. It's really a no brainer to go in their direction."

-  Luiz B.

"I have stuck with Blue Cross, largely because I have huge trust issues and I have multiple chronic issues. Being able to have a team that I can trust to work together has been pretty important for me."

- Rae R.

"It's worth your time. The people who work there are very nice if you ever have any questions. There's no hoops to jump through. It's straightforward."
