This year, the annual Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Drug Utilization Review survey contains a provider survey created by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

Provider participation in the survey is requested by May 11, 2026.

The survey will help gather the data needed to report on Texas’ Prescription Drug Monitoring Program usage by prescribing Medicaid providers and meet federal reporting requirements. The survey covers prescription data from federal fiscal year 2025 (Oct. 1, 2024, to Sept. 30, 2025).

Providers may access this survey at  2026 CMS Provider PMP Survey (FFY25).
