Reminder you should have received an email in your inbox for on June 8, 2026. TMHP will continue to notify providers about activing TMHP IAMOnline accounts when future activation emails are sent with:

• Single sign-on for TMHP applications
• Multifactor authentication
• Password self-service
• New User Guide

The How to Access Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Applications Using IAMOnline User Guide is now available on TMHPs Learning Management System (LMS) and Account Management webpage. This user guide contains information on the implementation of TMHP IAMOnline, how to access TMHP applications, and how to manage account security.

Users must have a username and password to access training in the LMS. To obtain a username and password, click create a new user account on the LMS home page.

Additional portal applications will transition to IAMOnline in the future. TMHP will notify providers as updates occur.
