The Cultural Competency Provider Training is now available on the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas Provider Training section under “Related Resources”.
Why it matters
BCBSTX values the diversity of our members and providers. This training will help providers effectively deliver health care services that meet the social, cultural, and linguistic needs of our members.

How long is the training
The training is via Brainshark (a web-based platform) and takes less than 15 minutes to complete. It also requires registration with Brainshark. All training is web-based and self-paced.
