- Serve as a crucial forum for gathering provider insights on a variety of topics, including member and provider services, service coordination, prior authorization, billing and claims, nonmedical drivers of health, new initiatives and community voices
The Provider Advisory Group Board
The board provides important feedback on the processes and interactions between providers and the BCBSTX Medicaid department. We provide the group with updates and education about provider resources.
Provider experience and insight are crucial to the success of this initiative. Your participation will help us refine our programs and ensure we are meeting the needs of both our provider and our member communities.
