Access New Applications in TMHP IAMOnline, Effective Aug. 24, 2026

Effective Aug. 24, 2026, Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership will add new applications to the TMHP IAMOnline platform.
These changes will continue the transition to TMHP IAMOnline as the secure, single-entry point for accessing TMHP applications. Through this platform, Medicaid providers can manage services, access resources and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.
To activate your TMHP IAMOnline account
- Watch for an email on Aug. 18 with instructions from TMHP IAMOnline. You won’t receive an email if you’ve already activated your account.
- After receiving your activation email, set your password and complete multifactor authentication registration within seven days.
- If you didn’t activate your account within seven days, contact the Electronic Data Interchange Help Desk at 888-863-3638 to request the email be resent.
Transitioning to the platform
The following online portal applications will transition to the TMHP IAMOnline platform on Aug. 24:
- Long-term Care Online Portal
- Long-term Care Dashboard
- Electronic Visit Verification Portal
- Care Forms

Effective Aug. 24, 2026, you must change your IAMOnline password every 90 days and use the application at least once every 90 days to keep your account active.
Additional portal applications will transition to IAMOnline in the future. TMHP will notify providers as updates occur.
