The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership sent providers an activation email on June 8, 2026, for TMHP IAMOnline. Follow the instructions provided in the email to activate an account for the secure, single-entry platform for TMHP applications.

If you did not respond to the June 8 or June 15 activation emails, contact the TMHP Electronic Data Interchange Help Desk and request that the activation email be resent.

User Guide

The How to Access Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Applications Using IAMOnline User Guide is now available on TMHP’s Learning Management System and Account Management webpage. This user guide contains information on the implementation of TMHP IAMOnline, how to access TMHP applications and how to manage account security.

• Users must have a username and password to access training in the LMS. To obtain a username and password, click create a new user account on the LMS home page.

TMHP will notify providers as updates occur.
