What’s changing
Effective July 10, 2026, Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership will add new applications to the TMHP IAMOnline platform.

These changes will continue the transition to TMHP IAMOnline as the secure, single-entry point for accessing TMHP applications. Through this platform, Medicaid providers can manage services, access resources and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.

To activate your TMHP IAMOnline account

• Watch for emails with instructions from TMHP IAMOnline on June 8 and June 15, 2026. You won’t receive an email if you’ve already activated your account.
• After receiving your activation email, set your password and complete multifactor authentication registration within seven days.

Transitioning to the platform

The following online portal applications will transition to TMHP IAMOnline on July 10:

• Provider Check Amount
• Fee Schedule
• TexMedConnect1 – Acute Care
• TexMedConnect2 – Long-term Care
