What’s changing

Effective June 12, 2026, Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership is moving to TMHP IAMOnline, a new platform that will be the single entry point for accessing TMHP applications.

Why this matters

TMHP IAMOnline enhances security and simplifies access with:

• Single sign-on for TMHP applications
• Multifactor authentication
• Password self-service

What providers need to do

Watch for a June 8, 2026, email from TMHP IAMOnline with instructions on how to activate your account.

After receiving your activation email, set your password and complete multifactor authentication registration within seven days.

Applications moving to TMHP IAMOnline on June 12

• MedLog
• Provider Enrollment and Management System
• Manage IMD Clients
• Electronic Remittance Advice
• PA on the Portal

Additional portal applications will transition to IAMOnline in the future. TMHP will notify providers as updates occur.
