The Texas Health and Human Services Commission will host annual EVV policy training for program providers, financial management services agencies and Consumer Directed Services Employers.

Webinar dates for program providers and FMSAs:

• Oct. 30, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Register here.
• Dec. 4, 2026, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Register here.

Webinar dates for CDS Employers:

• Nov. 19, 2026, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Register here.
• Dec. 17, 2026, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Register here.

The policy training will cover:

• EVV Policy Handbook revisions
• EVV compliance requirements
• EVV updates and reminders
• Interactive exercises
• Q&A session

You only need to register and attend one of the two annual training sessions required.

The webinar will be recorded and posted to the HHS Learning Portal in the EVV Policy Training – Webinar Recordings course within two business days after the session. To obtain credit for the training, listen to or watch the recording and complete all three steps in the course.
