Negotiation with Baylor Scott & White
Baylor Scott & White Health notified us that they are terminating their physician and hospital agreements July 1, 2024, unless those agreements are modified. We’re working hard to reach an agreement, but if we don’t, BSW doctors, hospitals and facilities will no longer be in your network.
We have a long and positive relationship with BSW, but you are our priority. We want to reach an agreement that will continue to give you access to BSW doctors and hospitals at fair prices.
Even if BSW leaves our networks, you’ll continue to have access to our robust network of doctors, health care professionals, hospitals and facilities throughout North and Central Texas. Check for options based on your plan by logging in to Blue Access for Members℠. If you don’t have access to BAM, go to the website on the back of your member ID card. You can also call the customer service number on your member ID card.
Why It Matters
If we don’t sign new contracts, BSW doctors, hospitals and other facilities will leave these provider networks starting July 1, 2024:

- Visit our online Provider Finder® or your provider directory
- Register for or log in to Blue Access for Members℠. If you don’t have access to BAM, go to the website on the back of your member ID card.
- Call the customer service number on your member ID card
In the case of a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility right away. Emergency services for commercial networks are covered at the in-network benefit level.
