The Personal Health Manager (PHM) is one of the resources available to groups with the Blue Care Connection^® program and offers many personalized online resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To access the Personal Health Manager, log into Blue Access^® for Members and click on the Personal Health Manager icon located on the home page.
