To keep the plan we've enrolled you in, just keep paying your monthly bills on time to be automatically enrolled for next year. If you would like to explore a different plan for next year, we have a range of plan options available.
What can I do right now?
1. Review your coverage to understand your new health plan: Create a member account or check your mail for a letter from us including details about your 2026 coverage.
Call your independent, authorized agent or BCBSTX at 1-877-553-0878 or visit our shopping platform if you'd like to review other plan options.
2. Make a payment to activate your coverage: If you're happy with the plan you've been assigned, just pay your first premium to activate it. Make sure you pay before Dec. 31 to avoid a lapse in coverage.
3. Know BCBSTX's benefits: Count on us to deliver the quality coverage and access to care you deserve. With your plan, you'll have access to $0 copays for many preventive services, a trusted network and more.
